Running from Boredom

    Volunteering

    Penny for Poverty

    StepUp LYNC Volunteer

    Penny for Poverty

I co-founded Penny for Poverty to fundraise for the homeless community in Metro Vancouver. We hosted fundraisers across UBC campus for donation to Options BC. With a classmate, I also designed and built ShelterLink, an app to assist users experiencing homelessness to locate the nearest available shelter.

    UBC Geering Up JI

    StepUp LYNC Volunteer

    Penny for Poverty

At Geering Up Engineering Outreach, I was a Junior Instructor (JI) responsible for keeping students at camp on track while helping other students who are stuck on a particular step. Despite the negative comments from my peers of how exhausting the camp was, I surprised myself by actually having fun there.
